Aolr offers an open-use feature that allows you to register an account at Aolr Builder anytime to create your own journal, publish articles, and manage submissions.

Account Registration

You can directly visit https://builder.aolr.pub or click on "Aolr Homepage" -> "Get start for free" to access the account login page.

Registration Tips:
  • It is recommended to use a commonly used work email for registration to facilitate future journal management.
  • Set a secure and reliable password to prevent account theft.
  • If the verification email is not received promptly, check the spam folder.

Steps:

  1. Fill in Registration Information Click the "Register" button to enter the registration page, enter your email, password, and captcha, then submit.
  2. Activate Account Aolr will send a verification email to your inbox; click the activation link in the email to complete the account activation.
  3. Login to Account Return to the login page and use the registered email and password to log in.

Create a Journal

After completing registration and login, follow the guidance on the Aolr Builder page to create a journal in 5 minutes through 4 steps. Once created, your journal will have an independent homepage, submission system, and a range of management functions.

Journal Information Filling Tips:
  • Keep the journal name concise and clear for easy browsing and memorization.
  • Choose a clear and representative academic image for the cover.
  • Select an appropriate template style based on the nature of the journal.
  1. Define Journal Name Define the journal name and the publishing institution.
  2. Upload Journal Cover Upload the journal cover and the publishing institution's logo.
  3. Select Template Style Choose the journal website template, main color, etc.
  4. Confirm Journal Link Confirm the journal information and access link.

Aolr Builder only requires simple journal information submission; you can later enhance more details through the management dashboard.

Bind top-level domain

An top-level domain can showcase the professionalism of the journal and enhance brand reputation. You can register a top-level domain at domain registrars like GoDaddy, Cloudflare, etc., and then click "Connect Domain" on the Aolr Builder page to bind the registered domain to the journal homepage.

Domain Selection Tips:
  • Top-level domains (.com/.net/.org, etc.) appear more professional, followed by country domains.
  • Choose a keyword domain related to the journal name.
  • After binding, it may take some time for DNS resolution to take effect. Learn More

Publish the First Article

Up to this point, your journal has been preliminarily established. You can visit the journal homepage link, log in, manage the journal through the left menu, publish articles, or manage submissions.

Article Publishing Considerations:
  • Ensure the article has undergone peer review with no pending revisions.
  • Article titles should be clear and accurate, reflecting the research content.
  • The abstract should contain necessary key information.
  • Article citation format should be standardized, and references should be complete.
  • Articles should be free of formatting, grammar, and other errors.

Expand the latest menu on the left with the capital initial of the journal to reveal the journal management menu list.
